I continue getting the same text letters over and over again

To go into "Safe Mode" please do the following.
i. Get-go turn off the telephone.
2. Next printing and hold "Power" until yous see the manufacturers logo on the screen, so release the power button.
iii. "Quickly" press "Book Downwards" and agree it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.
iv. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps to a higher place, and you should run across "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
As to the other, you have to go into "Settings" on your telephone. Which usually is a niggling gear icon. In settings locate the "Apps" department. When you enter that, you are looking for the "All" or "All Apps" section and and then locate the "Messaging" app in the listing of applications. I cleared cache and data and also put my telephone on safety mode but I even so become the same messages.
