It used to be 2 messages at present it's 4 messages repeated daily, sometimes more than once a day. These texts were originally sent last August. The original messages were deleted months ago. I've checked with the senders and they did not resend these letters. Tin can anyone help me with this event please; it'due south incredibly abrasive and worrisome considering they're multiplying now. Cheers!

You can't see "Safe Fashion" by just looking at the stuff on the phone. How to get into "Rubber Mode" is as follows... some things may exist named a tad dissimilar on your telephone, only it will give you a good idea...

To go into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

i. Get-go turn off the telephone.

2. Next printing and hold "Power" until yous see the manufacturers logo on the screen, so release the power button.

iii. "Quickly" press "Book Downwards" and agree it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

iv. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps to a higher place, and you should run across "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.

As to the other, you have to go into "Settings" on your telephone. Which usually is a niggling gear icon. In settings locate the "Apps" department. When you enter that, you are looking for the "All" or "All Apps" section and and then locate the "Messaging" app in the listing of applications. Tap that once and it should open to a screen that has buttons for things like "Move to SD Card" (which will probably be grayed out) "Clear Information" and "Clear Cache". Or like titles.

Well it could be an app on the phone, particularly if the text messages are through an app other than the cellphones normal text messaging app. If they don't stop then you can try a couple of things.

Outset matter I would exercise is clear the messaging apps cache. Go into the phones "Settings", the tap "Apps". Scroll (unremarkably correct) and locate the "All" or "All Apps" department. Now locate the "Messaging" app and tap it to open up the info. On this side by side screen y'all should see an option for "Clear Cache". Tap that. And then restart the telephone and see if the messages proceed.

Second, try restarting the phone in "Safe Mode" and leave information technology that for a while. Practice the letters still bear witness up or do they stop?

If it stops occurring when in "Prophylactic Manner" and so yous accept some app or virus on the phone that is causing the repeating.

Third, if they keep showing up, so it probably isn't an result with the device. your carrier/service provider and you should contact them equally at that place is probably a glitch happening on their cease.

Thanks for your quick response. I actually capeesh your taking the time to help me. Withal, I can'd find anything on my Alcatel One Touch called "Clear Cache" or anything remotely like; I checked the entire telephone. I don't accept a "Safe Manner" option on this phone; I looked everywhere for this as well. I'm going to have your advice and telephone call Tracfone and explain my trouble with the echo text messages. Bet you're right -- it's probably on their end. Thanks once more!
